摘要
基于中国工业企业数据库和中国海关数据库,通过实证分析研究环境规制对企业出口产品质量升级的影响。研究发现:总体而言,同时,环境规制对中国企业出口产品质量升级的影响呈"U"型,目前我国仍处于拐点的左侧,即环境规制强度的提高不利于企业出口产品质量升级;同时,环境规制对中国企业出口产品质量升级的影响存在显著的行业差异,在污染密集型行业环境规制对企业出口产品质量升级的影响呈倒"U"型,而在清洁行业环境规制对企业出口产品质量升级的影响呈"U"型;并且,环境规制对企业出口的质量影响也会因企业所有制的不同而有所差别。
Based on the data of CASIF and CCTS, This paper analyzed the impact of environ- mental regulation on firm-level quality upgrade of China＇s export products empirically. The results show that： In general. The relationship between environmental regulation and exporting quality up- grade seems to be U-shape, and China is still in the left side of the turning point at present. That is to say, the environmental regulation hinders the quality upgrade process; The impact of environ- mental regulation on quality upgrading varies across industry. The relationship appears inverted U- shape in pollution-intensive industries and appears U-shape in cleaning industries; The impact of environmental regulation on quality upgrading also varies across ownership.
