摘要
"十二五"期间,广东为解决高端新型电子信息战略新兴产业标准滞后技术发展问题,发布实施了产业标准规划路线图。本文通过定性与定量相结合分析方法,从标准供给与标准实施效益两大方面对广东高端新型电子信息产业标准化路线图实施效果进行深入研究,并在此基础上总结经验、发现问题,提出相应对策与建议,以期为其他产业的标准化路线图的规划与实施提供参考。
In order to solve the problem that the development of standardization drops behind in the High-level and New- type electronic information industry, Guangdong government issued and implemented the industry standard roadmaps during the ＂Twelve-Five＂ period. The paper studies on the effect from the two aspects of standard supply amount and benefits via the qualitative and quantitative analysis method. Based on the analysis and summary, some relevant proposals are put forward to provide a reference for playing and complying the other the industry standardization roadmaps.
