摘要
行业技术路线图是能够引导行业向正确的方向发展的一种技术管理方法.本文介绍了行业技术路线图的基本概念、绘制特点和方法,并以宁波市汽车零配件行业技术路线图为例,说明了绘制地方行业技术路线图需要考虑的因素.
Technical roadmap for industrial sectors is a technical management which guides the industry in the right direction in terms of development. The paper introduces some technical components such as basic concepts, draing features and methods. By taking a local-case-study, i.e., the Ningbo automobile spare-parts industry, for example, the aspects required for consideration in roadmap drawing are elaborated.
