摘要
[目的]研究民族药万年蒿的生药学特征.[方法]采用原植物鉴别、药材性状鉴别、显微及理化鉴别方法对万年蒿生药学特征进行研究.[结果]万年蒿的显微鉴别特征如下:茎横切面呈五边形,表皮为7层长方形细胞,外被角质层;皮层薄壁细胞数列,排列疏松,棱角处机械组织发达;内皮层明显,韧皮部狭窄,形成层成环;木质部发达,导管类呈多角形,维管束棱角处发达;髓薄壁细胞大且发达,中心常呈空洞.[结论]确定了万年蒿的生药学特征.
OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacognostical features of national medicine Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb. METHODS Pharmacognostical features of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb were determined by identification of original plant, morphological identification, microscopic and physiochemical identification. RESULTS Microscopic characters of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb showed that the stem transverse section was pentagon, epidermis covered by cuticle was made up of 7 layers of rectangular cells which were irregularly arranged, mechanical tissue was developed at the corner angle. The endodermis was conspicuous, phloem was narrow and ring was formed at cambia; xylem was developed and catheters were in polygon; cavity was formed in the center of Marrow parenchyma cells which were big and flourishing. CONCLUSION The characteristics of pharmacognosy of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb were determined.
