摘要
目的为杜仲的鉴别、开发利用提供依据。方法采用原植物、形状、显微结构的鉴别及紫外光谱的鉴别。结果首次较为系统阐明了杜仲叶的生药学理论。结论为建立杜仲的生药学质量标准提供依据。
Objective To offer a basis for the differentiation and utilization of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. Methods Original plant identification,morphological,microscopic identification,UV spectrometry identification were carried out. Results Expounding the pharmacognostical theory systematically of leaf of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. for the first time. Conclusion Offering basis on which make the Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. quality standard.
