摘要
目的:建立木香中木香烃内酯含量测定的HPLC法。方法以十八烷基键合硅胶为填充剂,流动相为甲醇—乙腈—水(65∶5∶30),检测波长225 nm,流速1.0 mL·min^-1。结果木香烃内酯在12~120 mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=2.16×104X+92064.7(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率为98.90%,RSD为1.53%。结论 HPLC法简单易行、准确度高,可用于木香的质量控制,不同产地的木香中木香烃内酯含量差别较大。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining costunolide in Aucklandia.Method With eighteen alkyl silane bonded silica as the filler,and methyl alcohol-acetonitrile-water (65∶5∶30)as the mobile phase,the detective wavelength was set at 225 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The costunolide shows linear correlation at 12~120 mg·L-1(equation was Y=2.16 ×104X+92 064.7(r=0.999 5).The average recovery of costunolide was 98.90% and RSD was 1.53%.Conclusions The method developed is simple and accurate,which can be used for quality control of the Radix Aucklandia.The content of costunolide was different in the Radix Aucklandia from different sources.
