摘要
微通道换热器是制冷系统的重要组成部分,微通道的铜铝管腐蚀泄漏会导致制冷系统不起作用。本文针对微通道铜铝管的腐蚀失效样件,通过宏观、微观形貌分析、原材料化学成分测试、金相分析、红外光谱分析、XRD测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析,结合相关文献对铝管发生点腐蚀的原因及机理进行分析,并提出相应的预防措施。
Micro-channel heat exchanger is an important part of refrigeration system. The corrosion leakage of Cu-Al pipe in the micro-channel will lead to the operation failure of refrigeration system. Aiming at the corrosion failure samples of Cu-Al pipe in the micro-channel, and through the macroscopic and microcosmic feature analysis, chemi-cal composition analysis for raw material, metallographic analysis, infrared spectroscopic analysis, XRD test, scanning electron microscope, and energy spectrum analysis, and combined with the related documents for corrosion reasons of aluminium pipe and mechanism analysis, the relative precautionary measures are proposed.
