摘要
针对现有供暖系统不能根据室内温度变化、用户供暖需求来灵活设置供热方式及供暖时间段而造成能源严重浪费这一问题,设计了一套基于程序控制暖气流量且具有自动、低温、舒适和手动四种工作模式的室内暖气智能调节系统。该系统能够不断采集室内温度,控制微型电动阀开度,调节流入室内管网热流量,实现室内温度与设定温度的调节控制。试验结果表明,该系统能精准地控制室内温度,达到了为用户分时按需供热、节约能源的目的。
The existing heating systems cannot flexibly setup the heating mode and heating period according to the interior temperature changeand the heating requirements of users,thus cause serious energy wastage. To solve these problems,a set of intelligent regulation system of indoorheating is designed. The system controls the heating flow by programming, and offers four kinds of working modes, including automatic, lowtemperature, comfortable, and manual operations. This system can continuously collect the indoor temperature, regulate opening of the micro -electric valve, adjust heating flow of the indoor pipeline, and realize the control and regulation of indoor temperature and set point oftemperature. Experimental results show that the system can accurately control the indoor temperature,and the system is achieving the purposes oftimesharing and on - demand heating for users as well as energy savings.
