摘要
SCR催化剂是SCR烟气脱硝工艺的关键,SCR催化剂活性降低将会对空预器造成腐蚀影响,通过某燃煤电厂300MW机组实例,分析了SCR催化剂活性降低造成空预器腐蚀的原因,并给出了在实际运行中减轻SCR催化剂活性降低对空预器腐蚀影响的建议。
SCR catalyst is the key to SCR flue gas denigration technology. The decrease of SCR catalyst activity will cause the corrosion effect on the air preheater. A case of a coal - fired power plant with 300 mw unit was taken as an example to analyze the influences of SCR catalyst activity to the air preheater. The advices of reducing the im-pacts of SCR catalyst activity on the air preheater were given.
