摘要
目的:探讨尿激酶(Urokinase,UK)对大鼠肺成纤维细胞凋亡的影响。方法:5只SD雄性大鼠气管内灌注博莱霉素造肺纤维化模型,将模型组肺成纤维细胞与不同浓度的尿激酶培养24-96h,流式细胞术测定细胞凋亡。结果:尿激酶以时间和浓度依赖的方式抑制肺成纤维细胞生长,流式细胞术检测到凋亡小体。结论:尿激酶能抑制肺成纤维细胞增殖,与凋亡有关。
Objective:To study the effect of urokinase on apoptosis of pulmonary fibroblasts in rats.Methods:Five SD male rats were modeled pulmonary fibrosis modelling by endotracheal perfusion bleomycin.Pulmonary fibroblasts in the model group were cultured with urokinase of different concentrations for 24-96hours.Cell apoptosis was examined by flow cytometry.Results:Urokinase inhibited pulmonary fibroblasts in time and concentration dependent manners.Apoptosis bodies were found by flow cytometry.Conclusion:Urokinase can inhibit the proliferation of fibroblast,which is related to cell apoptosis.
