摘要
目的:观察益气养血化瘀汤联合常规疗法治疗慢性肝病对肝纤维化及肝功能相关指标的影响。方法:纳入70例慢性肝病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组各35例。对照组予美能等护肝抗病毒治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气养血化瘀汤。连续治疗4周。观察2组的治疗效果、肝纤维化及肝功能相关指标的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PCⅢ)及层粘蛋白(LN)水平均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组上述各指标值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)水平均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ALT、AST水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养血化瘀汤联合常规疗法治疗慢性肝病疗效显著,能有效改善腹痛、腹胀等临床症状,延缓肝纤维化进程,改善肝功能。
Objective：To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangxue Huayu tang combined with routine treatment for chronic liver disease on liver fibrosis and liver functions.Methods：Selected 70 cases of patients with chronic liver disease as research object,divided them into two groups randomly,35 cases in each group.The control group was given liver protection and antiviral treatments such as compound glycyrrhizin tablets etc.,and Yiqi Yangxue Huayu tang was added to the observation group on the base of treatment of the control group,for four consecutive weeks.Observed changes of treatment effect and indexes related to liver fibrosis and liver function.Results：The total effective rate was 97.14% in the observation group,and was higher than 82.86% of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,levels of hyaluronic acid（HA）,type Ⅳ collagen（Ⅳ-C）,type Ⅲ procollagen（PCⅢ） and laminin（LN） in two groups were all lower than those before treatment,differences being significant（P〈0.05）.Indexes values mentioned above in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,differences being significant（P〈0.05）.The levels of aminotransferase（ALT） and aspartate aminotransferase（AST） in two groups were decreased（P〈0.05）.The levels of ALT and AST in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yiqi Yangxue Huayu tang combined with routine treatment for chronic liver disease has significant curative effect.It can improve obviously clinical symptoms such as bellyache and abdominal distension etc.,and delay course of liver fibrosis,improve liver function.
