摘要
为了制备具有优异抗氧化性能的复合镀层,试验采用双脉冲电源,在舰船高温排烟管试样表面沉积Ni-Al_2O_3纳米复合镀层,采用抗氧化性能测试,研究工艺参数对复合镀层的抗氧化性的影响。试验得出复合镀层的抗氧化性随镀液中纳米Al_2O_3浓度增加而增加,凹凸棒土的添加可以提高抗氧化性,随CeO_2浓度的增加先降低后增加,随占空比的增加先增加后降低。
To prepare composite coatings with excellent oxidation resistance, the test uses double pulse power, depositing Ni-A1203 nanocomposite coating on surface of the sample of exhaust pipe in ships with anti-oxidation performance test, studying the process parameters on the oxidation resistance of composite coating influences. In conclusion, composite coatings with the bath oxidation resistance of nano A1203 concentration increases, adding attapulgite can increase oxidation resistance, reduced after the first increase with increasing CeO2 concentration increases with an increase in the duty cycle after the first lower.
