摘要
设计一种基于灰度投影梯度扩散的PET满瓶快速检测系统。开发了可以得到多角度液位图像的成像系统;提出了基于扩散灰度投影梯度的液位定位算法,对采集的图像二值化,对二值化后图像腐蚀并做垂直方向的灰度投影,根据液位的位置和灰度先验特性对灰度投影梯度进行扩散,最后用扩散后的梯度信息结合实际生产要求,采取双阈值决策算法对样品瓶子是否合格进行判定。选择500 ml的不透明饮料瓶为对象进行测试,实验结果表明算法能够快速准确定位液位,液位定位误差在0.68 mm内,对于1 296×700图像的平均检测时间为23.8 ms;系统的检测正确率达97.2%,速度高达36 000瓶/h。
An automatic PET full bottle fast detection system based on the gray projection gradient diffusion is researched. This paper mainly researches the mechanical and electrical control system structure of the detection system, and develops the multi-angle imaging system. It presents the liquid level location method based on the diffused gradient of gray projection and making identification by adopting a dual threshold decision algorithm according to the actual production requirement. The 500 mL opaque liquid PET bottle is selected as the tested object. The test results show that the method can accurately locate the level with positioning error within 0.68 mm and the system can meet production requirement with a speed of 36 000 bottles an hour and its accuracy is 97.2%.
