摘要
分析煤矿井下钻孔施工姿态测量和数据传输的基础上,设计了基于矿井工业环网传输数据的网络式矿井钻孔姿态测量系统。该系统由孔外显示控制单元、钻孔姿态采集单元、通讯分站及配套供电设备和地面数据接收软件组成。钻孔姿态采集单元采集的测量数据传输到孔外显示控制单元进行轨迹计算后,通过RS485发送到通讯分站,通讯分站将接收到的数据通过井下工业环网发送,地面数据接收软件监听特定的网络地址和端口接收并解析数据后以数字和图形的方式显示。大量的应用实践表明:该系统采集效率高、传输稳定,能满足矿井钻孔施工的实际需求。
Based on the analysis of the attitude measurement and data transmission of underground coal mine drilling construction,a network mine drilling attitude measurement system based on the transmission data of mine industrial ring network is designed.The system consists of an external display control unit,a drilling attitude acquisition unit,a communication substation and supporting power supply equipment and ground data receiving software.The measurement data collected by the drilling attitude acquisition unit is transmitted to the outside of the hole display control unit for trajectory calculation,and then sent to the communication substation through RS485.The communication substation sends the received data through the underground industrial ring network,and the ground data receiving software monitors the specific network address and port,receiving and parsing the data and displaying in a digital and graphical manner.A large number of application practices show that the system has high collection efficiency and stable transmission,which can meet the actual needs of mine drilling construction.
