摘要
介绍了某电厂发电机组锅炉高温再热器出口管道恒力支吊架吊杆断裂的失效情况,通过对高温再热器出口管道恒力支吊架吊杆的宏观、化学成分、力学性能、金相、断口等全面的分析,得出了高温再热器出口管道恒力支吊架吊杆断裂的原因,并且提出治理方案,对同型号锅炉支吊架有很好的借鉴意义。
An introduction is presented to the beam fracture failure of constant hangers for high- temperature reheater outlet piping in a 600 MW supercritical boiler, together with an analysis performed on both the fracture and the beam, such as macrostructure, microstructure, chemical composition and mechanical properties, etc., and subsequently corresponding countermeasures are proposed, which may serve as a reference for treatment on beam fracture of constant hangers in similar boilers.
