摘要
恒力弹簧吊架是核电站管道支撑及悬吊主要设备。研究了三连杆恒力弹簧吊架的工作原理,提出设计中实现恒力所需要满足的几何条件。以某一型号三连杆恒力弹簧吊架为例进行力学分析,得出该设计的弹簧力与回转臂转角的关系曲线,在回转臂与水平呈-30°时,弹簧作用力最大值为17820N。通过对关键部件的应力计算验证了原设计方案的可靠性,为核级恒力弹簧吊架方案的最终确定提供了理论依据。
Three links constant hangers are important pipe supporting devices in nuclear power stations. The equilibrium principle of three links constant bangers is studied, the seometrieal condition is presented to realize the constant supporting load. Based on analysis of one type three links constant hanger, the spring force-arm angle curves are obtained, the curves show that when the arm turns by -30° angle, the spring force has the maximum value. Stress calculation of important parts verify reliability of previous design, and also provide theoretical basis to determine the final plan of nuclear constant hangers.
