摘要
热力发电厂中的蒸汽管道、水管热位移很大,为了避免管道系统产生危险的弯曲应力,影响管道设备的安全,可采用恒力支吊结构。研究了主辅弹簧式恒力支吊架的工作原理,并以某一型号恒力支吊架为例,对吊架中的主弹簧及摆动凸轮进行设计计算,为主辅弹簧式恒力支吊架的设计提供参考。
The heat displacement of vapor and water pipe in thermodynamics power plants can be very big to affect the safety of pipe devices.Constant spring hangers are widely used in order to avoid bending stress.The equilibrium principle of main compensating springs constant hangers is studied.Based on one type constant hanger,the main spring and cams are designed.The calculation result provides references for the final design of constant hangers.
