摘要
公路安全性评价能为设计提供依据,减少事故的发生。文章针对道路安全性评价因素的复杂性和不确定性,对影响干线公路安全性的道路环境因素进行分析,建立了公路安全性树状结构模型,并对评价体系运用层次分析法赋权,将评价过程量化,确定出隶属函数,建立了模糊综合评价模型。最后结合实例,得出由专家评分的干线公路安全性等级。
Highway safety evaluation can provide a basis for the design and reduce accidents .Aiming at the complexity and uncertainty of road safety evaluation factors,this article analyzed the road environment factors affecting the trunk highway safety,established the highway safety tree structure model, and used the analytic hierarchy process for the empowerment of this evaluation system, quantified the evaluation process,determined the membership functions,and established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Finally it obtained the trunk highway safety level by expert rating in combination with practices.
