摘要
交通事故是人、车、路和环境动态系统失调的结果。根据我国的交通特点、地形特征和交通动态系统中人、车、路及环境的交通特性,着重从"路"方面,研究提出与我国交通特色相适应的公路交通安全评价方法,事故相对多发路段判别方法、双车道公路交通安全性预测模型、双车道公路交叉口交通安全性预测模型和高速公路交通安全性预测模型,以及建立公路交通安全评价指标体系的三个层次。
Traffic accidents are the results caused by the imbalance of dynamic system of person, vehicle, road and environment. This paper mainly from the aspect of road studies and proposes, according to China's traffic features, topographic features and traffic properties of person, vehicle, road and environment in dy- namic traffic system, the highway traffic safety evaluation method in accordance with China's traffic char- acteristics, including relative multiple discriminant method of road accident, two-lane highway traffic safety prediction model, intersection traffic safety prediction model of two-lane highway and expressway traffic safety prediction model, together with the three levels of establishing highway traffic safety evalua- tion index system.
