摘要
中运量公交是一种介于大运量轨道交通和地面常规公交之间的公交系统。在明确中运量公交概念和内涵的基础上,从促进常规公交转型升级、完善公共交通结构层次、发展"绿色交通"三方面对上海市中心城区发展中运量公交的必要性进行分析,明确了中运量公交在中心城区的功能定位,并对规划过程中的制式选择、路权保障与道路交通影响、常规公交线网调整等问题进行重点研究。
A medium - capacity public transit system is a public transit system whose capacity is between the urban rail transit system and the conventional ground bus transport system. Its concept and connotation are clearly defined and the necessity of establishing this system in the central district of Shanghai is analyzed to promote the transition and upgrading of the conventional bus transport, improve the structure of the current public transit system and develop green transport in the city. The function and position of a medium - capacity public transit system in the central district is clarified. Its mode selection, contradiction between right -of-way guarantee and impacts on traffic as well as the bus lines＇ adjustment during planning period are explored in details.
