摘要 中国的有轨电车发展处于起步阶段,已有的天津滨海、上海张江有轨电车运行情况并不理想。因此,需科学理性地发展有轨电车。首先,对有轨电车的技术性能、优缺点进行分析,指出其是介于公共汽(电)车和轻轨之间的轨道交通形式,客运能力有限、投资成本高昂,适用于具有一定客流规模和道路资源条件、对舒适性要求高、有良好景观要求的地区。进而明确有轨电车在城市公共交通系统中的定位,并探讨其适宜的客流走廊和通道选择条件。最后,从必须坚持经济和高效原则、尽快完善配套标准和法律法规两方面对中国城市发展有轨电车提出建议。 The development of streetcars in China urban area is in its infancy. It is noticeable that the performance of the initial street- cars' operation in Tianjin and Shanghai are not as good as expected. Therefore, it is necessary to study the feasibility and sustain- ability of the streetcar development. By analyzing the streetcar technological characteristics, pros and cons of the development, this paper points out that functioning between bus and light rail, the streetcar has the limited transport capacity with high initial investments, which makes it suitable to the areas with substantial passenger volumes, sufficient roadway infrastructure, and high demand for comfort and aesthetic landscape. The paper then discusses the functionalities, appropriate passenger corridors, and corridors selection for streetcars. Finally, the paper suggest that the streetcar development in China should emphasize the effective economic development, establish the system standards and develop relevant regulations.
