探讨老年食管癌放疗体位固定技术及靶区外放距离 被引量:8

摘要 大多老年食管癌患者临床确诊时已为中晚期。往往合并多种内科疾患,大多无法手术或拒绝手术,更无法承受化疗等,因而放疗已成为老年食管癌患者最佳选择。近年来,随着放疗技术不断发展,VMAT等先进技术出现.
