摘要
目的观察芪附龙葵汤治疗转移性结直肠癌患者的疗效。方法将59例转移性结直肠癌患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组29例,对照组给予Xelox方案化疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上服用芪附龙葵汤,每日1剂。两组均21天为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。比较两组患者的近期疗效、生存质量及毒副反应。结果治疗组近期疗效总有效率为63.3%,对照组为34.5%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组生存质量上升+稳定为26例占86.7%,对照组上升+稳定为16例占55.2%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者发生毒副反应比较:治疗组骨髓抑制8例占26.7%、外周神经毒性9例占30.%、胃肠道反应7例占23.3%;对照组分别为12例占41.4%、16例占55.2%及16例占55.2%。两组胃肠道反应比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪附龙葵汤联合Xelox方案治疗转移性结直肠癌有较好的临床疗效,能提高患者生存质量,减轻化疗毒副反应。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qifu Longkui Decoction （芪附龙葵汤） in treating metastatic colorectal cancer. Methods Divided 59 patients with metastatic colorectal cancer into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （29 cases）. The control group was given Xelox chemotherapy. In addition to the intervention for the control group, the treatment group was also given Qifu Longkui Decoction, one dose per day. For both groups, 21 days were taken as one course of treatment, totally with four courses. The short-term effect, quality of life and toxic side effects in both groups were observed. Results The short term total effective rate was 63.3% in the treatment group and 34. 5% in the control group, with significant difference （P 〈0. 05 ）. In the treatment group, the quality of life increased and stabilized was in 26 cases, which accounted for 86. 7%, and that in the control group was 16 cases, which accounted for 55.2%, thus, the quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. When comparing toxic and side effects of the two groups, bone marrow inhibition in the treatment group was 8 cases, accounting for 26.7%, peripheral neurotoxicity was 9 cases, accounting for 30.0%, gastrointestinal tract reaction was 7 cases, accounting for 23.3% ; and those in the control group were respectively 12 cases （41.4%）, 16 cases （55.2%） and 16 cases （55.2%）. The treatment group was superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Qifu Longkui Decoction combined with Xelox regimen in treating metastatic colorectal cancer seems to have good clinical efficacy, and can improve patients＇ quality of life and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
