摘要
目的探讨芪附龙葵汤联合化疗治疗转移性结直肠癌的有效性与安全性,为该病有效治疗提供科学依据。方法 50例转移性结直肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组给予单纯化疗治疗,观察组给予芪附龙葵汤联合化疗治疗。观察并比较两组患者的近期疗效和毒副反应。结果观察组疾病控制率(DCR)明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞减少、恶心呕吐、脱发总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪附龙葵汤联合化疗治疗转移性结直肠癌不仅能提高疗效,而且能明显减轻毒副反应。
Objective To investigate effectiveness and safety by Qifu Longkui decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer, and to provide scientific reference for effective treatment. Methods A total of 50 patients with metastatic colorectal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received single chemotherapy, and the observation group received Qifu Longkui decoction combined with chemotherapy. Short-term curative effects and toxic and side effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The observation group had obviously better disease control rate（DCR） than the control group（P〈0.05）. Total incidence of leucopenia, nausea and vomiting, and alopecia was lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Qifu Longkui decoction and chemotherapy in treating metastatic colorectal cancer can improve curative effect and remarkably relieve toxic and side effect as well.
