摘要
目的 观察聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗皮肤血管瘤的疗效及安全性。方法 皮肤血管瘤32例,用聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂4-8mL向瘤体内局部多点均匀注射,每2周治疗1次,连续注射不超过5次。观察疗效及并发症。结果 平均注射3.5次（1-5次）,治愈24例（75.0%）,显效5例（15.6%）,好转2例（6.3%）,无效1例（3.1%）,总有效率96.9%,无明显不良反应。结论 聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂局部注射治疗血管瘤是一种安全、有效、简便易行的方法。
Objective In order to evaluate the efficiency and safety of lauromacrogol foam sclerotherapy for cutaneous hemangiomas. Methods Thirty-two patients with cutaneous hemangiomas were treated with multi-point injection of 4 to 8 mL lauromacrogol foam every two weeks, no more than 5 continuous injections. The efficiency and complications were observed. Results After an average of 3.5 injections （1 to 5 times）, 24 patients （75%） were cured, 5 patients （15.6%） were remarkably effective, 2 patients （6.3%） were effective, and 1 patient （3.1%） was no response. No obvious side effects were observed. Conclusion Sclerotherapy with iauromacrogol foam is a safe, effective and simple treatment method for cutaneous hemangiomas.
