摘要
为了解决采用标准试验方法无法测试早龄期混凝土弹性模量的问题,采用温度-应力试验法,选用测量精度为0.1kN的高精度荷载传感器,控制混凝土试件在极短时间(〈5s)内的位移量为10~15μm,可以准确测得早龄期的混凝土弹性模量.综合采用温度-应力试验测得的48h内的弹性模量数据与采用标准试验法测得的3~28d的弹性模量数据,建立了以等效龄期作为时间尺度、以第一零应力时间为起始测试点的混凝土弹性模量随时间发展的函数关系.
Elastic modulus of concrete at early age can not be tested by standard test methods. In order to solve this problem, thermal stress test was suggested. Based on temperature stress testing machine, elas- tic modulus of concrete at early age can be accurately examined by selecting high precision load cell(accura- cy 0.1 kN) and controlling displacement increment in the range of 10~15 μm in a very short time, i.e. 5 seconds. Using equivalent age as time scale, combined elastic modulus data tested from tz,1 (age at which first zero stress has been reached) to 48 h by thermal stress test and the data tested from 3 days to 28 days by standard test method, the function of elastic modulus development has been created.
