摘要
采用较低的胶凝材料用量和含有特殊黏度改性剂的聚羧酸减水剂,配制普通强度等级的自密实混凝土(智能动力混凝土,简称SDC)。对智能动力混凝土、普通自密实混凝土以及普通强度等级的泵送混凝土进行了新拌性能、硬化后的力学性能和耐久性能的比较。试验结果表明,使用含有RheoMATRIX黏度改性剂的GLENIUM 6000 SDC外加剂,可以配制出胶凝材料用量不大于380 kg/m3的普通强度等级(C30)自密实混凝土;其新拌性能与采用高胶凝材料量配制出的普通自密实混凝土相当;力学性能和耐久性能均能达到要求,且优于普通泵送混凝土。
A self-compacting concrete of common strength grade, called Smart Dynamic Concrete (SDC), was developed using a low content of cementitious materials and a special polycarboxylic superplasticizer with viscosity modifiers. The performance of flesh mixture, mechanical properties and durability of hardened concrete are compared among SDC, common self-compacting concrete and highly fluid concrete. The results show that it is possible to make self-compacting concrete of common strength grade (C30) whose total content of cementitious materials is below 380 kg/m^3 using GLENIUM 6000 SDC superplasticizer containing RheoMATRIX viscosity modifiers. The performance of fresh SDC mixture is close to common self-compacting concrete with high content ofcementitious materials. The mechanical properties and durability of hardened SDC are satisfied and even better than those of common highly fluid concrete.
