聚羧酸减水剂在低胶材用量自密实混凝土中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 采用较低胶凝材料用量与高性能聚羧酸减水剂,并结合粘度改性剂技术,配制普通强度等级的自密实混凝土(即智能动力混凝土,Smart Dynamic Concrete,以下简称SDC)。SDC基本解决了低强度等级混凝土的自密实及聚羧酸减水剂在低强度等级混凝土中应用的敏感性问题,并显著降低了混凝土的生产与浇筑成本,我们相信这一创新概念符合现有和不断增长的对高流态混凝土的需求,必将提升混凝土生产和使用行业的整体技术进步。 In this paper,the solution about high-performance of low-grade ordinary concrete has been proposed as Smart Dynamic Concrete(SDC),which based on viscosity modified agents and PCE admixture,and combined with the characteristics of Chinese raw material and concrete market.This technology can solve the low-grade concrete compacting problem and sensitivity of PCE used in low-grade concrete and reduce the manufacture and placing cost.We believe this innovative concept meet the current and growing high-flowing concrete requirement,and will certainly help to enhance the concrete industry's overall technological.
