摘要 目的识别与分析某燃气发电企业职业病危害因素,明确职业病危害因素重点控制岗位,以便对采取的职业病防护措施有效性进行评价。方法通过职业卫生调查、职业危害因素检测、职业健康检查等方法分析其危害程度,找出关键控制点。结果氢氧化钠、盐酸、氯气、氨、联氨、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、个体噪声、高温、工频电场检测合格率均为100%,部分作业点噪声超过85 d B(A)。结论该企业的主要职业病危害因素及重点控制岗位明确,采取的化学毒物、高温、工频电场防护措施控制效果较好,噪声控制效果一般。 [objective]To identify and analyze the occupational hazard factors in a gas power generation plant,confirm the critical control points of occupational hazards,and evaluate the effectiveness of occupational protection measures.[Methods]The harmful levels of occupation hazards were evaluated by occupational hygienic investigation,detection of occupational hazard factors and occupational health examination,to confirm the critical control points.[Results]The qualified rates of sodium hydroxide,hydrochloric acid,chlorine,ammonia,hydrazine,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,nitric oxide,nitrogen dioxide,individual noise,heat,and power frequency electric field were 100%.The noise intensities in some operation points were higher than 85 d B(A).[Conclusion]The main occupational hazard factors confirm and the critical control points are explicit in this plant.The pro-tection measures against chemical poison,high temperature and power frequency electric field have good effect,and the effect of noise control is not satisfactory.
