摘要
加强高校学生党员的前期培养和后期教育,确保大学生入党动机的纯正性,提高大学生党员素质,是高校党建工作的重要任务。调查显示,客观上对大学生入党动机有主要影响的因素包括社会、学校教育和家庭影响因素。目前,高校有必要加强大学生入党前的教育引导,端正学生入党动机;严把大学生入党时的"关口",确保入党动机的纯正性;提供实践教育平台,深化入党后的继续教育。
Therefore,to improve the quality of the college student party members,one of an important tasks of party construction in colleges and universities is to strengthen earlier training and later education of student party members in colleges and universities and ensure their motivation to join the party is pure and genuine.There are both objective and subjective factors that affect the genuineness of college students＇ motivation to join the Party,and objective factors include social factor,school education and family influence.Aiming at the problem of impurity of college students＇ motivation to join the party motivation,there are some corresponding educational measures could be taken：strengthen the earlier education and guidance before college students join the Party;Strictly control the ＂threshold＂ when college students apply for admission to join the Party and make sure the their motivation is pure;Provide continuing education and related practicing platform after they join the Party.
