摘要
目的:探讨卵巢早衰女性性生活状况,观察健康教育对其影响性,以期提高临床诊治水平。方法:选取2012年2月至2015年2月116例卵巢早衰患者为研究对象,观察发病前后性生活功能和性生活质量,后按住院号单双分成两组,均为58例,对照组仅对症治疗,观察组则予健康教育,观察治疗后性生活等指标变化情况。结果:性生活BISF-W评分指标性欲、性唤起、性生活频率、性感受、性高潮、性伴侣满意度和性功能等方面,以减少为主,均在50%以上,增加不明显,多数在10%以下;卵巢早衰后在性满意度、性交流与调适、疼痛和情绪、性反应、性态度、性体像上均较卵巢早衰前下降,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后LH、FSH较治疗前明显下降,E2、PROG上较治疗前升高明显,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后PROG、FSH、E2、LH较对照组治疗后更加显著(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢早衰女性性生活明显下降,而健康教育则能提高性激素水平,提高性功能。
Objectives： To investigate the sexual life of women with premature ovarian failure,and observe its impact on sexual health education in order to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods：116 women with premature ovarian failure from February 2012 to February 2015 were selected and divided into two groups. The function and quality of sexual life before and after the onset was observed,and according to admission number were divided into two groups,both of 58 cases. The control group only received symptomatic treatment,while the observation group received health education. Changes and other indicators of sexual life were observed.Results： The majority of BISF- W scores of indexes such as sexual desire,arousal,frequency of sexual activity,sexual feelings,sexual orgasm,sexual partner satisfaction and sexual function decreases,accounting for over 50%,with less obvious increase（ below 10%）. The scores of sexual satisfaction,sexual communication and adjustment,pain and emotional,sexual response,sexual attitudes and sexual body image after premature ovarian failure decreased than before,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,LH and FSH decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,while E2 and PROG increased significantly,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Changes in PROG,FSH,E2,LH in observation group were more significant than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The quality of sexual life of female patients with premature ovarian failure significantly decreases,while health education is able to raise hormone levels and improve their sexual function.
