摘要
目的为了解子宫全切除术对女性患者性生活的影响,临床对术后女性患者进行远期性生活状况调查。方法选取该院2009年5月—2010年9月期间86例入院进行子宫全切除术的患者,治疗后对患者建档,并在5年后进行回访调查了解手术后患者性生活质量与性功能指数(FSFI)问卷,记录分析子宫全切除术对女性患者性生活的影响。结果有小部分患者在接受子宫全切除术后性生活下降,尤其在性感受上有31.4%女性出现降低,绝大多数患者性生活无明显变化,有20%以上患者在接受手术治疗后性功能提高。72.1%患者对目前性生活感到满意,69.8%患者对性态度较好,59.3%患者夫妻之间有性问题交流并常有调情,58.1%患者对对自己性体像感到满意,有43.0%患者有性交痛以及对性生活负面情绪。结论女性施行子宫全切除术后,绝大多数患者远期性生活状况和谐无影响,有少量患者会因与伴侣进行性行为时出现性交痛以及对性生活有恐惧、担忧等负面情绪造成性生活质量下降。
Objective To investigate the effect of hysterectomy on sexual life in female patients, and to investigate the longterm life status of female patients after operation. Methods Select our hospital 2009.5 ~ 2010.9 during the 86 cases of patients admitted to hospital for uterine hysterectomy patients, after treatment of patients filing and after 5 years were investigation after surgery patients life quality and functional index（FSFI） questionnaire interviews, records analysis of uterine total resection surgery on female patients life influence. Results With a small number of patients received total hysterectomy postoperative sexual life decreased in and by its in a sexy is 31.4% women appear to reduce, the vast majority of sexual life in patients with no obvious change, 20% patients in received surgical treatment of functional improvement. 72.1% of patients to feel the life satisfaction, 69.8% patients attitudes to sex better, 59.3% patients between husband and wife sexual communication problems and often flirting, 58.1 percent of patients on his body like satisfied, about 43% patients had dyspareunia and negative emotion on the sex life. Conclusion Women underwent hysterectomy, the vast majority of patients with long-term sexual life harmony without influence few patients will due to sex with a partner when they appear sexual intercourse is painful and on living with fear, worry and other negative emotions, resulting in a decline in the quality of life.
