摘要 简要说明了电搭接/接地对于复合材料飞机的重要性和实施面临的难题。从目的和需求入手,阐述了复合材料飞机电搭接/接地的实施步骤,分类列举了国内外复合材料机型在电流回流、防电磁干扰、闪电/静电防护等方面已采取的电搭接/接地设计案例,并对案例进行了分析总结,最后给出了复合材料飞机电搭接/接地检查的阻值要求和实施流程。 The importance and difficulties of the electrical bonding/grounding for composite aircraft were briefly explained. From targets and needs, this paper expounded the composite aircraft electrical bonding/grounding implementation steps, provided examples from China and foreign countries' composite aircrafts' design, in the purpose of creating current return, anti-electromagnetic interference, lightning/electrostatic protection, and analyzed and concluded these design examples. In the end, this paper provided the composite aircraft electrical bonding/grounding resistance requirements and inspection implementation process.
