摘要
在分析国有企业学习型组织构建的特征及外部市场行为分析必要性的基础上,针对不同市场结构,根据是否考虑构建学习型组织对市场规模的影响,运用博弈论的理论与方法,提出国有企业构建学习型组织的市场行为分析模型,并通过两类优化模型最优解的比较分析,阐述了构建学习型组织对企业自身和竞争对手企业的成本与收益,以及对市场规模的影响规律,从而为市场环境下国有企业构建学习型组织提供决策依据。最后以北京同仁堂(集团)有限责任公司为例,应用所提出的理论框架和市场行为分析模型对其构建学习型组织的实践策略进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:在垄断市场中,考虑构建学习型组织对市场规模的影响后,市场需求量与企业构建学习型组织对市场的影响负相关,但企业的经济收益则与这种影响正相关。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of state-owned enterprises' learning organization construction, and necessity of external market behavior, by applying the theories and methods of Game theory, two kinds of optimization models are established to analyze the market behavior of state-owned enterprises' learning organization construction in various market structures. Through comparing the optimal solutions of the two kinds of models, this study summarizes the influence of construction of learning organization on the cost and revenue of enterprise and its competitor, as well as on the market scale. Finally, the proposed theoretical framework and analytic model is utilized to analyze Beijing Tong Ren Tang(Group)Co., Ltd. as the empirical case.The research result indicates that in the capital market, after considering the effect of constructing the learning organization on the market scale,the market demand has a negative correlation relationship with such effect, while the economic income of the enterprise has a positive correlation relationship with such effect.
