摘要
目的:了解某医学院校大学生健康素养现状,分析其影响因素,为提高大学生健康素养水平提供依据。方法:以"2008中国公民健康素养调查问卷"为基础,自行设计问卷,对某医学院校956名大学生进行调查,运用Excel、SPSS20.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:大学生健康素养平均得分为(24.37±3.16)分,16.53%的大学生具有健康素养;在健康素养三个维度中,健康素养基本知识理念得分(76.04±10.79)分,高于健康生活方式与行为得分(65.26±11.57)和健康基本技能的得分(69.81±20.42);三个维度素养具备率分别为41.21%、8.26%和32.22%,各个维度之间呈正相关。不同专业、年级、民族的大学生健康素养差异有统计学意义。结论:大学生健康素养整体水平一般,特别是健康素养生活方式与行为偏低。学校应有针对性加强对学生健康知识、行为和技能的培养,提高大学生健康素养水平。
Objective To explore the status quo of students＇ health attainment at a medical university, to analyze the influence factors and to provide reference for raising the university students＇ health literacy. Methods On the basis of ＂2008 Chinese Citizen Health Attainment Questionnaire＂,a self--designed questionnaire was distributed and completed among 956 students of a medical university,then the results were analyzed with the help of Excel and SPSS 20.0 statis- tical software. Results The average score of health attainment was 24.37± 3.16. 16.53 % students achieved health attainment. Among the three dimensionalities, the score of basic knowledge （76.04±10.79）was higher than healthy life- style and behaviors （65.26 ± 11.57） and basic healthy skills （69.81± 20.42）. The rates of attainment in these three di- mensionalities were 41.21 %, 8.26 % and 32.22 %. Spearman rank relevant data showed positive correlation among the dimensionalities. There was significant difference in health attainment among students with different majors, grades and nationalities. Conclusions The overall level of university students health attainment is not good. Among them lifes- tyle attainment and behavior attainment are low. It is necessary for universities to reinforce students＇ health knowledge, behaviors and skills.
