摘要
目的了解医学专业本科生对健康教育学教学内容与效果的评价及其影响因素,为改进教学方法、完善教学内容,促进医学生本科教学质量的提高提供依据。方法随机抽样,问卷调查,在考试结束后立即发放问卷,应答率99.0%。结果学生对健康教育学这门课认识正确,绝大多数学生(74.1%)认为它对将来工作有用。对课程教学效果的评价,认为很好与较好的比例合计占84.2%。性别是影响学生对教学效果、教学方式、双语教学态度评价的主要因素。男生对教育效果、教学方式的评价优于女生。大多数学生(65.2%)对增加双语教学内容持赞同态度。结论学生对本课程总体反映教学效果、教学方式优良。课堂教学达到了课程计划的要求和预期的教学效果。改进建议主要有丰富和完善教学内容;改进教学方式,增加案例教学;适当增加课时数,深入探索双语教学的模式与方法,促进教学质量不断提高。
Objective To investigate the evaluation from undergraduate medical students on the teaching contents and effects of health education and correlative factors, in hope to provide basis for reforming teaching mode, perfecting teaching contents and further increasing teaching quality of the course. Methods A random sampling design was used and an anonymous questionnaire was distributed to the participants who were the first grade of undergraduate medical students soon after the examination. The responsive rate of participants was 99.0%. Results Most of the participants (74.1% ) believed the course is useful in their future work. 84.2% of the participant rated teaching effect as excellent and very good. Male and female students had different viewpoint on the teaching effect, teaching mode and bilingual teaching, in that male participants showed better evaluation than female participants. Conclusions In general, teaching effect and teaching mode of the course axe excellent and very good based on the investigation. The goal of teaching has been accomplished. Further suggestions include enriching teaching contents, reforming teaching mode by adding more case discussions, adding teaching hours for strengthening bilingual teaching and improving teaching quality continuously.
