摘要 为安全高效地开采破碎铅锌矿体,在分析矿体开采技术条件及矿山原有的下向分层崩落法基础上,提出了整体钢筋混凝土假顶分层崩落法及下向分层膏体充填采矿法两种方案,对比了3种采矿方法的采场结构参数、开采顺序、采矿工艺、支护方法及技术经济指标,推荐整体钢筋混凝土假顶分层崩落法。试验采场工业应用表明,该方案成本189.3元/t,矿石损失率3.6%,贫化率6.5%,同时较好地限制了上下盘岩移,综合技术经济指标较优。 In order to ensure the Pb-Zn orebody mining safely and effectively, and based on the analysis of mining conditions and original topslicing and caving, two mining methods, that are the topslicing and caving with overall reinforced concrete roof, and undercut-and-fill method were presented. The stope structure parameters, mining sequence, mining technology, support methods, technical and economical indexes of three methods were compared, and the topslicing and caving with overall reinforced concrete roof was recommended. The industrial practice in a pilot stope showed that the mining cost was 189.3yuan/t, ore loss ratio was 3.6% , dilution rate was 6. 5%. Adjacent rock movements were effectively controlled, and the comprehensive technical and economical indexes were good.
