摘要
喷雾除尘技术中,传统的除尘系统自动化程度不高。对传统系统进行改进,着重设计了控制模块,激光粉尘仪、PLC、变频器等的联合应用可以实现以下功能:实时监测粉尘浓度;根据检测结果,自动调节水压、气压以控制喷雾液滴的大小,从而对不同大小的粉尘实施针对性的降尘作业;当粉尘浓度不超标时,系统停止作业,节能环保。
The technology of spray dust removal is widely used in industry and mine enterprises,but the traditional dust-removal system is low degree of automation.It designs the control module and shows the detail in improving the traditional system.Combining application of laser dust monitor,PLC and converter,it achieves these functions such as the dust concentration monitoring constantly,water pressure and air pressure adjusting automatically according to the detection results.The system can control the size of spray droplet,when the dust concentration is under the standard,the system stops.
