摘要
传统高速旋转的组合厚壁圆筒都将结构参数视为定量,没有考虑结构参数的不确定性对组合厚壁圆筒连接性能的影响。针对高速旋转下空心组合厚壁圆筒连接失效这一失效形式,考虑结构参数的不确定性,将结构参数中材料特性参数及配合面间的过盈量等视为区间变量,依据弹性力学理论建立起任意转速下空心组合厚壁圆筒接触面间接触应力区间模型,提出了区间临界转速的概念,建立了区间临界转速的计算模型。通过工程实例分析与计算,表明了该方法合理性和有效性。该模型对提高空心组合厚壁圆筒过盈连接性能的可靠性和安全性有着重要的意义。
It defines the structure parameters of composite hollow thick-walled cylinder at high rotational speed as the certainty parameters,and do not considers the impact of these uncertain parameters to the connection performance of composite hollow thick-walled cylinder.Aiming at the connection failure mode of composite hollow thick-walled cylinder,it analyzes the uncertainty of the structure parameters,establishes a interval contact stress model at any rotational speed under the actual interference quantity of fitting surface as interval variables.It describes the conception of interval critical rotational speed,builds the computational model of interval critical speed,takes a numerical example to illustrate the proposed method.The result shows that the proposed method is feasible and reasonable.The proposed methods also improve the reliability and safety of the connection performance of composite hollow thick-walled cylinder.
