黄果槲寄生果实提取物对3种小麦病原真菌的抑制作用研究

摘要 小麦赤霉病病原菌(Fusarium graminearum Schw.)、小麦根腐病病原菌(Helminthosporium sorokinanum Sacc.)和小麦纹枯病病原菌(Rhizoctonia cerealis Vander Hoeven)是小麦生产中的重要病害。采用菌丝生长速率法,研究黄果槲寄生果实提取物对3种植物病原真菌的抑制作用。结果表明:黄果槲寄生果实提取物对3种植物病原真菌具有一定的抑菌活性,且在提取物质量浓度为25 mg/m L,75%甲醇在温度60℃时提取物抑菌效果较好,对3种植物病原菌抑制率均达到50%以上;提取时间1 h以上、提取温度60℃以上时,所得提取物抑菌效果较佳。且加热处理对所得黄果槲寄生果实提取物的抑菌效果无明显影响。 Fusarium graminearum Schw.,Helminthosporium sorokinanum Sacc. and Rhizoctonia cerealis Vander Hoeven are the most damaging wheat plant diseases. The research aimed to study the inhibition of V. coloratum against three kinds of wheat fungal pathogens and by using the mycelium growth rates,the inhibition was measured. The results showed that V. coloratum had inhibitory components to three kinds of plant pathogens. The 75% methanol and 60℃ extraction temperature extracts had notable inhibiting effects on the different fungi tested at 25 mg / m L. The inhibitory rates of the 75% methanol extracts on plant pathogens were all above 50%. Besides,over 1 hour extraction time and over 60℃ extraction temperature will get better antibacteriat effect. Treating the V. coloratum extracts obtained by steam distillation extraction,the bacteriostasis affect is not changed obviously.
