摘要 整合素α_vβ_3在肿瘤新生血管形成中发挥十分重要的作用,利用其特异性配体RGD(Arg-Gly-Asp)动态监测整合素α_vβ_3的表达情况、定性评估肿瘤血管生成,对肿瘤的良恶性判定及预后评估有重要的意义。基于RGD肽的分子影像学检查方法是监测整合素α_vβ_3表达的无创新技术,在肿瘤的早期诊断与疗效监测、肿瘤靶向药物的研制以及其他非肿瘤疾病的治疗中有潜在的应用前景。本文对RGD双模态分子探针在临床前期应用中的研究价值进行综述。 Integrin αvβ3 plays a crucial role in the formation of new blood vessels of tumor. Tumor angiogenesis can be qualitatively assessed by monitoring the expression of integrin αvβ3 using its specific ligands RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp), which is more important in evaluating prognosis of benign and malignant tumor. Molecular imaging based on RGD peptides becomes an noninvasive and original technique that has a potential prospect of application in early diagnosis and monitoring curative effects of tumor, tumor targeting and other non-tumorous diseases. The preclinical value of RGD dual-modal molecular probes were reviewed in this article.
