多元立体式创新人才生态培养体系的构建与实施——以成都大学信息科学与工程学院为例 被引量:9

摘要 随着国家信息化的高速发展,"中国制造2025""互联网+"等的提出,国家推动产业转型升级,深化产教融合、校企合作,社会对高校IT专业学生的应用能力提出了越来越高的要求。针对传统的理论与实践脱节、学生创新能力不足等问题,提出一种新的人才培养体系,将理论教学、实践教学、教师科研、学科竞赛、学生创新创业有机地融合在一起,通过以创新型人才为导向的目标层,以CDIO为指导的实践层和以大数据为基础的平台层,构建一个相互支撑的立体生态体系,全面培养学生的应用和创新能力。该培养体系已经在成都大学信息科学与工程学院的软件工程、计算机科学与技术、网络工程、数字媒体技术等专业中进行了多年的实践,获得了良好的效果,所培养的学生得到了社会的好评。 With the rapid development of national informafizafion and the proposition of "Made in China 2ff25","Internet plus", our country focuses on transformation and upgrading of industry, deepening the integration of production and education, scheol-enterprise ceopemtion. All these pressures make the society increase the requirements on the application ability of IT students. In order to make up the gap between tradi- tional theory and practice, improve innovation ability of students, a novel talents training system is proposed in this paper. This system integrates the teaching theory, teaching practice, teachers' scientific research, academic competition and students' innovation and entrepreneurship. By using the innovative talents oriented as goal layer, the CDIO as the practice layer, the big data as platform layer, a virtuous eeo system is built to comprehensively train the application and innovation ability of students. This system has been practiced for several years on the students of software engineering, computer science and technology, network engineering, digital media technology majors in Information Science and Engi- neering School of Chengdu University. The feedback of students' quality from society is very good.
