低品位钇族稀土矿X荧光预选最佳品位表征方式研究 被引量:2

Study on the Optimal Grade Representation Way of Low-grade Yttrium Rare Earths Using X-ray Pre-separation

摘要 在扎鲁特旗大型超低品位钇族稀土矿床矿物学特性研究的基础上,以散射线本底标准法为理论依据,推导出了低品位钇族稀土矿X-荧光预选中矿石品位的最佳表征方式—"峰背比法"。研究表明,矿块的峰背比值与其中Y_2O_3的含量有良好的一元线性关系。在采用峰背比值作为矿块中稀土含量高低的表征方式的前提下,原矿经荧光预选后可获得Y_2O_3品位为1.52%,回收率为80.52%,Ce_2O_3品位为1.17%,回收率为82.23%的精矿,预选精矿中Y_2O_3含量完全达到原生稀土矿最低工业入选品位要求。 Qn the basis of the mineralogy characteristics of the family of yttrium rare earths in Jarud Banner, the "peak - back ratio" as the optimal grade representation way was deduced based on the method of scattering line background standards. The study indicated that the "peak - back ratio" has a good monadic linear correlation with the Y2 O3 content of the ore. A concentrate with a Y2O3 grade of 1.52%, recovery of 80.52% , a Ce2O3 grade of 1.17%, recovery of 82.23% was obtained in the X - fluorescent pre - separation test by using the "peak - back ratio" as the grade representation way and the indexes of content can fully meet the requirements of the milling grade of rare earth ore.
