摘要
拣选应用于矿石入选前的预先富集是面对解决入选矿石日益贫化趋势的一项重要对策,也是提高选矿技术经济指标的重要途径。近年来,随着新型传感技术和人工智能算法的快速发展,基于X射线、激光诱导、微波等智能光电拣选技术和装备越来越引起矿山企业的关注。根据传感器种类不同,综述了智能拣选技术装备的研究进展和应用现状。X射线荧光(XRF)技术在国内未得到大面积推广,X射线透射(XRT)成为应用最为广泛的传感器信息采集技术。近红外射线(NIR)一定程度上能够耐受较薄粉尘的干扰,其检测性能优于常规的表面检测方法。色选(Color)在钾长石、石英砂、钨矿等光电拣选中应用效果良好,但无其他辅助传感设备时,在金矿拣分选中的效果较差。智能分拣装备的外观大小呈两极化发展趋势,组合式传感器、高速高分辨率探测器等新技术还需要进一步探索和优化。国内智能分拣技术和装备的受关注度持续攀升,但工业应用中的成功案例却不多,应用推广上还需加大力度。
The application of sorting to the pre-enrichment is an important countermeasure to solve the increasingly dilute trend of selected ore,and an important way to improve the technical and economic indicators of mineral processing.In recent years,with the rapid development of new sensing technologies and artificial intelligence algorithms,intelligent optoelectronic picking technologies and equipment based on X-ray,laser induction,microwave,etc.,have attracted more and more attention of mining enterprises.According to the different types of sensors,summarizes the research progress and application status of intelligent picking technology and equipment.X-ray fluorescence(XRF)technology has not been widely promoted in China,and Xray transmission(XRT)has become the most widely used sensor information acquisition technology.Near-infrared rays(NIR)can withstand the interference of thin dust to a certain extent,and the detection performance is better than conventional surface detection.Color sorting(Color)has a good application effect in photoelectric sorting of potassium feldspar,quartz sand,tungsten ore,etc.,but when there is no other auxiliary sensing equipment,the effect in gold ore sorting is poor.The appearance size of intelligent sorting equipment shows a polarized development trend,and new technologies such as combined sensors and highspeed high-resolution detectors need to be further explored and optimized.The attention of domestic intelligent sorting technology and equipment continues to rise,but there are not many successful cases in industrial applications,therefore,application promotion needs to be strengthened.
