摘要
介绍了激光全息检测技术的原理、特点和方法。通过研究激光全息检测位移量与激光全息检测载荷理论并结合检测试验给出了激光全息检测工艺流程、工艺方法和工艺规范。采用该规范对某型液体火箭发动机推力室收扩段铣槽夹层结构钎焊缝进行了无损检测,检测通过的液体火箭发动机推力室已经完成了飞行任务考核。
The principle, charachteristic and method of laser holography detection technology are introduced in this paper. The technological process, method and specifications of laser holography detection are given based on the study of the displacement and loading theory of laser holography detection as well as in combination with the result of detection test. Brazing seams of grooved sandwich structure at the convergent-divergent section of thrust chamber in liquid rocket engine were detected with nondestructive detection method. The liquid rocket engine verified by the detection method has completed its flight qualification.
