摘要
传统的产品包装图像自动生成系统在工作中的生成时间较长,因此,设计一种基于近红外体散射数据的产品包装图像自动生成系统。在系统的硬件设计中,对电阻阵列的基本单元结构和总体框图进行设计,并通过移位寄存器的4种脉冲组合输出寄存器的设置真值;在软件设计中,引入分段线性插值算法,对体散射数据进行线性化校正,使响应曲线接近于直线,能有效降低误差,将数字图像转换为灰度图像,并对边缘进行识别跟踪,实现图像的自动生成。通过实验结果表明,设计的系统在5次实验中的平均生成时间比3种传统系统平均快约8~10 s,生成精度提高了约19%,充分验证了该设计系统的有效性。
The traditional product packaging image automatic generation system takes a long time,so a product packaging image automatic generation system based on near-infrared body scattering data is designed.In the system hardware design,the basic unit structure and the general block diagram of resistor array are designed,and the true value of register is output through four pulse combinations of shift register.In the software design,piecewise linear interpolation algorithm is introduced to linearize the scattering data to make the response curve close to a straight line,which can effectively reduce the error,convert the digital image into gray image,and identify and track the edge to realize automatic generation of image.The experimental results show that the average generation time of the designed system in five experiments is about 8-10 s faster than that of three traditional systems,and the generation accuracy is improved by about 19%,which fully verifies the effectiveness of designed system.
