摘要
高速列车座椅在轨道客运中具有较重要的地位,乘客长时间坐在座椅上,乘务员频繁调整座椅方向,均易产生身体机能损伤。改进高速列车座椅设计,可适当改善乘客的舒适性和乘务员操作的便捷性,减少习惯性行为造成的潜在生理伤害。应用人机工程学理论和方法,以JACK软件为工具,根据目标客户群,创建了高速列车乘客和乘务员的虚拟人体模型,对国内某高速列车普通旋转座椅进行了空间舒适性分析和人机功能校核,并依此进行了相应的改进设计,并对改进前和改进后的设计进行人机工效对比。结果表明,改进后的高速列车座椅使车厢布置由3+2式变为2+2式,提高了乘客的舒适性,乘务员调整座椅方向更加便捷,且增加了车厢定员数,提高列车车厢的利用率。
Seat playes a very important role in rail passenger transport. It is prone to cause physical damage to passagers who have been sitting in the seat for a long tine and to the train attendants who need to adjust seats direction. The optimization design of train seat could be appropriate to improve passengers' comfort,enhance attendants' operation convenient and reduce the potential physiological damages caused by a customary way of behavior. Based on JACK software, the virtual human model of passengers and attendants was created according to the target customer groups by applying ergonomics theories and methods. On the basis of detailed analysis of the rotaty seat space comfort and human-machine function,some corresponding optimization design for its several inherent disadvantages were carried out. Futhermore, the ergoromies of seat was contrasted between original and optimized design. The results showed that the seat optimization design made the 3+2 layout of the carriage change to 2+2, and the comfort of the passengers was improved, and the seats could be operated conveniently by attendants as well. Meanwhile, the number of seats could be increased which would not only get better benefit but also improve utilization of the carriage.
