摘要
论述了在合作办学条件下,酒店管理实验教学中心在树立特色的实验教学理念、完善能力培养和课程体系结合、建设"双师型"中外实验教学队伍、扩大学生的实训平台、提高学生的实践能力和职业素养等方面的建设和成效。该实验中心基于酒店管理专业学生的能力培养,形成了自身"以国际化和职业化为目标,利用国际优质资源,具备国际视野,强化职业能力、创新能力和综合素质的养成教育"特色,其建设特色对其它酒店管理实验教学中心的建设有一定的参考价值。
The article discussed construction and effectiveness of the experimental teaching center in hospitality management under the cooperation in running school on how to establish advanced experi-mental teaching philosophy,perfect combination of capacity building and curriculum, establish a doub-le type of home and abroad experimental teaching team, expand students’ training platform and im-prove students^ practical abilities and professional quality and other aspects. Based on the capacity cul-tivation of students in hospitality management,the center formed its own character,which is “as the goal of internationalization and professionalization, and as the use of international quality resources, with international vision, strengthen professional ability and innovation of comprehensive education”.And the features of the experimental center construction has a certain reference value to others.
