高铁-高浊度地表渗井水处理工程实例

摘要 采用机械鼓风曝气-穿孔旋流反应沉淀池--级锰砂过滤-中间二次曝气-二级锰砂过 滤的方法,对吉林通化某电厂所在地的地表渗井水进行处理.进水和出水水质的监测结果表 明,总铁的去除率可达99.1%,浊度的去除率达97.8%,pH无明显改变.出水水质达到浊度〈 5 NTU,pH在6.5?8.5,Fe砭0.3 mg/L的要求.系统装机功率为140.75 kW.运行费用为0.219 元/t.出水水质达到预期的设计要求,系统运行稳定,具有较好的技术经济指标. The surface leakage water in the spot of Jilin Tonghua electricity plant was treated adopting the methods of mechanical aeration, reaction sedimentation tank, primary manganese ore filtration, middle second aeration and secondary manganese ore filtration. By monitoring the water quality of filling up and draining, it was found that 99.1% of iron and 97.8% of tubidity can be removed and there was no evident change for PH value. The water quality of draining can be up to the tubidity requirement: 〈5 NTU, pH6.5~8.5, Fe 矣 0.3 mg/ L. The system engine rate was 140.75 kW. The running expense was 0.219 RMB per ton. The water quality of draining reached the expected design requirement. The operating system was stable and had good technical economy index.
