摘要
以自制的马铃薯交联阳离子淀粉为絮凝剂,对某炼油厂的含油废水进行絮凝实验,以COD去除率和油去除率为指标,得到絮凝剂最佳投加量,在此基础上考察了pH和水温的影响。实验结果表明:絮凝剂的最佳投加量为4650mg/L、pH为1.5~4、温度为50℃时,该絮凝剂对含油量和COD的去除效果较好。
The home-made crosslinking cationic potato starch has been used as flocculant,in order to carry on the flocculation experiment for treating the oil-bearing wastewater at a refinery. The optimal dosage of flocculant is obtained according to the indexes of its removal rates of COD and oil-content. Based on this, the effects of pH and water temperature are investigated. The results show that the optimal dosage of flocculant is 4 650 mg/L. The removal rates of oil-content and COD are better when pH is 1.5-4 and water temperature is 50 ℃.
